Garlic Snap Peas


  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Bag of Fresh Snow or Sugar Peas
  • 1 Bunch of Garlic Greens or 3 Cloves Garlic–Chopped Fine
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

In a large skillet heat oil until simmering, and add your peas. Stir frequently for 3-4 minutes or until peas begin to soften but are still crisp. Add the garlic and stir for 1 minute. Season with salt/pepper and serve hot.

Bright Spring Salad


  • Rabbit Fields Salad Mix
  • Fresh Sunflower Sprouts or Pea Shoots
  • Radishes–Thinly Sliced


  • 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Olive oil
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Fresh Mint
  • Salt to Taste
  • In a small container whisk the lemon, mustard, and sugar until well blended. Drizzle in the oil and fold in mint. Let stand while you wash your greens and prepare the remaining salad.

Serve alongside fresh bread.
